Laurie Crayne
Mental Health Therapist
M.S., LMHP
What problem do you strive to overcome?
Sometimes clients feel that starting therapy can be a sign of weakness. It is actually a strength. Knowing when to reach out to a professional is insightful and it can be productive. A therapist can help clients move forward instead of feeling like they are stuck in a rut.
I approach clients as individuals to address their specific needs and realistic skills needed to reach their goals.
I aim to create a safe and welcoming environment and work together with clients to recognize their strengths and abilities to overcome obstacles.
