Mental Health Therapist

 M.S., LIMHP

What problem do you strive to overcome?

Have you been struggling mentally or emotionally, and are unsure of what to do? You feel like you don’t have anyone who can truly understand or relate to what you are experiencing or going through? At times it can feel like life doesn’t want you to talk about the internal battles you face, and would rather have you endure them in silence? I’m here to let you know that I’ve been there and know what this feels like.

I utilize a holistic and individualistic approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. Having been on the opposite side of the table before, and truly understanding what it feels like to be alone, to not trust anyone with the depths of my mind, and to feel completely stuck while everything else around me continues to move, I pull from and incorporate the things I knew I would have needed to overcome those barriers. Being relatable and in tune with my clients is key. Creating a sense of being on the same level as one another as we explore these parts of your mental and emotional spaces that are less traveled by others is my first priority.

I strive to create a welcoming and open environment for those who wouldn’t normally be open to the therapeutic dynamic. Bridging the barrier and stigma of mental health that many people have.
